What a good travel voucher includes
A voucher is what the traveller shows at the hotel desk, to the driver, or at the activity counter. If it's wrong, the trip starts badly. A good voucher is short, specific and matches what the supplier has on record.
Include on every voucher
- Lead guest name, as on their ID, and number of guests
- Service: hotel, transfer, tour or activity
- Dates, and check-in and check-out or pick-up time
- Room type and meal plan (for example CP, MAP or AP)
- Supplier name and contact number
- Your booking or confirmation reference
- Your agency's emergency contact number
Issue vouchers after payment terms are met
