What are TripClap CRM's plans and prices?
TripClap CRM has three plans: Growth, Pro Plus and Enterprise Elite, billed monthly or yearly, plus GST.
How does the free trial work?
Every free trial lasts 7 days, runs on Enterprise Elite with every feature unlocked, and needs no credit card.
How do I upgrade or change my plan?
You can upgrade or change your plan at any time from the in-app cart, or by contacting your relationship manager.
How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Email help@tripclap.com at least 30 days before your yearly renewal date. Your service continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I export my data?
You can export leads to Excel, and request a full copy of your data in a portable format at any time.
What can the AI Assistant do?
The AI Assistant answers questions about your own CRM data in English, Hindi or Hinglish, on every plan.
How is profit per booking calculated?
Profit per booking is everything recorded as payment in from the customer minus everything recorded as payment out to suppliers, on the same lead.
