I'm already a customer. How do I get support?
Contact your named relationship manager by call, WhatsApp or email, or raise a support ticket from inside the CRM. You can also email help@tripclap.com.
Do you offer support in Hindi?
Yes. Sales and support are available in Hindi and English.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Email your cancellation request to help@tripclap.com at least 30 days before your yearly renewal date. Your service continues until the end of the current billing period. See our refunds and cancellations policy for details.
Do you work with travel businesses in Dubai and outside India?
