Is the TripClap CRM free trial really free?
Yes. The trial lasts 7 days and costs nothing. You don't need a credit card to sign up.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You sign up without entering any card or payment details.
Will I be charged automatically when the trial ends?
No. Because we don't take card details at sign-up, nothing is charged automatically. To keep using the CRM after 7 days, you choose a plan and pay for it yourself.
What happens after the 7-day free trial?
Stay on Enterprise Elite or pick Growth or Pro Plus, on monthly or yearly billing, to keep working in the CRM. You can do this from the in-app cart or by talking to your relationship manager.
Which plan is the free trial on?
Every free trial runs on Enterprise Elite, our top plan. That means you can try every feature during the 7 days, including the itinerary builder, vouchers, GST invoices, payment links, unlimited lead integrations, WhatsApp Business, payment schedules and cab management, with unlimited team logins.
What if I choose a lower plan after the trial?
You can pick Growth or Pro Plus instead of Enterprise Elite. You keep the features included in the plan you choose. For example, WhatsApp Business and payment schedules are only on Enterprise Elite, and the itinerary builder, vouchers and invoices start on Pro Plus. See the pricing page for the full comparison.
Is there a free-forever travel CRM plan?
No. TripClap CRM is paid after the 7-day trial. The lowest price is the Growth plan at ₹14,999 a year, which works out to ₹1,250 a month for up to 3 team logins.
Can my team use the CRM during the trial?
Yes. Add your team members as sub-users and assign them real enquiries, so you see how the CRM works for your whole agency, not just you.
Can I bring my existing leads into the trial?
Yes. Leads from the TripClap marketplace come in automatically, you can add leads one by one on any plan, and bulk upload from Excel is available on Pro Plus and Enterprise Elite. Your relationship manager can help.
Will someone help me set up during the trial?
Yes. You get a named relationship manager from day one, reachable by call, WhatsApp or email in Hindi or English, plus tutorials and support tickets.
Is my data safe during the trial?
Yes. TripClap CRM uses encryption, SSL and password protection, and we don't sell your data. The AI Assistant answers only from your own agency's data, and your data isn't used to train AI.
