1. Cancellation Policy

Tripclap Technology Private Limited offers an annual subscription plan for its CRM services, designed to ensure seamless and uninterrupted operations throughout the year. Clients wishing to cancel their subscription must review the following terms:

1.1 Cancellation Request

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to help@tripclap.com.
  • The request must include: Registered account details, Reason for cancellation, Relevant supporting information.

1.2 Cancellation Timeline

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the annual subscription renewal date.

If submitted within this period:

  • The service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No charges will be applied for the upcoming renewal.

1.3 No Mid-Term Cancellations

Since services are billed annually:

  • Mid-term cancellations will not be eligible for partial or pro-rated refunds.
  • Once the annual term begins, the full annual subscription fee is non-refundable.

1.4 Service Termination

Upon confirmation of cancellation, access to Tripclap Technology Private Limited's CRM services will end at the conclusion of the current subscription period.

2. Refund Policy

Tripclap Technology Private Limited is committed to client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of annual subscription services, the following refund terms apply:

2.1 No Refunds for Annual Subscription Plans

Once payment for the annual plan is completed:

  • No refunds will be issued, regardless of usage.
  • Clients are encouraged to evaluate their service requirements before committing to an annual plan.

2.2 Exceptions

If Tripclap Technology Private Limited is unable to deliver services due to major technical failures solely attributable to the company:

  • A review will be initiated.
  • A partial refund or service credit may be granted at the company's discretion.
  • The amount, if any, will depend on the severity and duration of the disruption.

2.3 Dispute Submission

Any refund disputes must be submitted in writing to help@tripclap.com within 30 days of the service start date. All disputes will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

2.4 Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.

3. Acceptance of Policy

By subscribing to the CRM services of Tripclap Technology Private Limited, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation & Refund Policy in full.
