Best Travel CRM Software in India (2026): 8 Tools Compared Honestly

An honest comparison of 8 travel CRMs Indian travel agencies, tour operators and DMCs actually shortlist — TripClap CRM, Sembark, CRMtravel, telecrm, Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared and Travefy — with real pricing, strengths, gaps and five questions to ask in every demo.

Best Travel CRM Software in India (2026): 8 Tools Compared Honestly

Short answer: For most Indian travel agencies, tour operators and DMCs, a travel-specific CRM beats a generic one, because itineraries, quotations, vouchers, GST invoices and WhatsApp follow-ups work from day one. In 2026 the realistic shortlist is TripClap CRM, Sembark and CRMtravel for travel-first teams, telecrm for calling-heavy sales teams, Zoho CRM if you have someone to configure it, and Travefy if you sell mostly to US or European travellers.

I run TripClap, so read this list knowing that. I have tried to make it useful anyway. Every competitor fact below comes from that company's own pricing or product page, checked in September 2026. Where a vendor does not publish a price, I say so instead of guessing.

Why write it at all? Every week an agency owner asks me some version of "which travel CRM software should I buy?" Most lists they find online are written by a generic CRM company or ranked by who paid for placement. I have spent 18+ years building travel products, including at HelloTravel. I would rather you pick the right tool, even if it is not ours, than sign up with us and leave in three months.

If you are still working out what a travel CRM actually does, start with our complete guide to travel CRM software and come back.

How I compared them

I looked at eight tools that Indian travel businesses actually shortlist. I left out tools that are only a booking engine or only an accounting package. Each one was judged on seven things that decide whether a CRM survives its first quarter inside a travel company:

  1. Lead capture: do Facebook, Google Ads, website and WhatsApp enquiries land in the CRM without copy-paste?
  2. Follow-up discipline: reminders, auto-assignment, and a pipeline that shows which enquiry is going cold.
  3. Itinerary and quotation: can a salesperson send a branded day-wise itinerary with pricing in minutes?
  4. Post-booking operations: vouchers, suppliers, departure calendar.
  5. Money: GST invoices, payment links, instalments and outstanding tracking.
  6. Price clarity: is pricing public, in rupees, and what does a 5-person team really pay?
  7. Time to go live: days or months, and do you need a consultant?

I have not given competitors star ratings. A number looks precise but hides the fact that the "best" tool depends on whether you are a two-person agency in Jaipur or a 40-person DMC in Bangkok.

"Not listed" means the vendor's own pricing or product page does not mention it. It may exist, so ask in the demo.

1. TripClap CRM

Best for: Indian travel agents, tour operators and DMCs who want one system from enquiry to payment, and inbound operators in Thailand, Malaysia and Sri Lanka selling to Indian agents.

We built TripClap CRM because we ran into the problem ourselves. TripClap is also a travel marketplace, and we watched agents lose leads we had sent them. The lead was fine. The follow-up happened on day four, from someone's personal WhatsApp.

What it does well

  • Leads arrive on their own from Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads lead forms, website forms, Typeform, webhooks and TripClap itself, and are auto-assigned to your team. Here is how the Facebook lead flow works, step by step.
  • The itinerary builder lets you copy a package from your library, generate a draft from one line with AI, or drag in flights, hotels and sightseeing. Hotels pull in their Google photos and map automatically. Share it as a web link or PDF on WhatsApp.
  • Vouchers and invoices carry your company GSTIN. If GST on packages still confuses your accountant, our GST invoicing guide for travel agencies covers 5% vs 18%, SAC codes and TCS.
  • Razorpay and Cashfree payment links, instalment schedules and outstanding tracking.
  • An AI Assistant you can ask "who departs in the next 7 days?" or "list unpaid invoices" in English, Hindi or Hinglish.
  • A named relationship manager on call and WhatsApp, in Hindi and English.

Where it falls short

  • WhatsApp Business API and payment schedules are only on the top plan (Enterprise Elite). If WhatsApp is your main channel, budget for that plan.
  • No built-in dialer or call recording. Calling-first teams may prefer telecrm, or use it alongside.
  • The entry Growth plan allows 3 sub-users and does not include the itinerary builder. Most teams I talk to should start on Pro Plus.

Pricing (billed yearly): Growth ₹14,999, Pro Plus ₹19,999 (10 sub-users), Enterprise Elite ₹24,999 (unlimited sub-users). Monthly billing is also available. 7-day free trial, no credit card. See the full plan comparison.

"We reply within 2–5 minutes on any tour query, convert more queries, and our quotation PDFs are simple and impressive." — Vaibhav Khandelwal, Director, Bliss Holidays

2. Sembark

Best for: DMCs and inbound or outbound tour operators with contracted hotel rates, transport billing and a real operations team.

Sembark is the name I hear most often from DMCs, and for good reason. It goes deep on the supplier side: contract rates, price handling, transport billing, a tour movement calendar and check-in/check-out reports. It also sells add-ons for AI itineraries, WhatsApp automation ("Notify"), email-to-lead parsing and calling.

What it does well

  • Costing and mark-up built around hotel contracts, which is exactly where DMCs lose money on spreadsheets.
  • Strong operations tools once the trip is sold.
  • Monthly subscription without an annual lock-in, according to its pricing page.

Where it falls short

  • Pricing is not published; you fill a form and a salesperson calls.
  • Its own FAQ says a one-time setup fee is mandatory, and pricing is per user, so cost grows with headcount.
  • Several things you may consider basic, like WhatsApp automation and AI itineraries, are sold as add-ons.

Choosing between the two? Read our detailed TripClap vs Sembark comparison.

3. CRMtravel

Best for: agencies that want a CRM plus B2B booking and corporate travel workflows from one vendor.

CRMtravel positions itself as a full travel-business suite: leads, follow-ups, itineraries, invoices, vouchers and bookings, plus corporate travel approvals. Its homepage also advertises unlimited user access, which matters if you have a large team.

What it does well

  • Broad scope, including corporate travel with approval workflows.
  • Lead capture from Meta Ads, website and WhatsApp into one dashboard.
  • Workflow customisation offered as part of the service.

Where it falls short

  • No public pricing.
  • A broad suite means more to set up. If you only need sales and itineraries, ask how long a basic go-live takes.

4. telecrm

Best for: teams whose sales happen on the phone, with several tele-callers working outbound.

telecrm is a general sales CRM with a travel landing page. Its real strength is calling: a 1-click dialer, recording of every call, leaderboards, and lead capture from 15+ platforms including IndiaMart and Justdial.

What it does well

  • Transparent pricing: ₹799 per user per month billed annually, ₹1,099 billed quarterly.
  • WhatsApp Cloud API with a one-time ₹1,999 setup and no extra platform charge (Meta's own message charges still apply).
  • Managers can audit calls, which helps if your conversion problem is how people talk to leads.

Where it falls short

  • Its pricing page lists sales features, not travel operations. Vouchers, supplier management and GST invoices are not listed.
  • Per-user pricing: a 10-person team pays about ₹95,880 a year on the annual plan, before GST.

5. Zoho CRM

Best for: companies already using Zoho Books or Zoho One, with someone who enjoys configuring software.

Zoho CRM is excellent general software and very good value. Zoho's marketplace even has a "Travel Agency CRM" extension that adds trip, fixed-departure and voucher handling. The catch is the word "configure". Out of the box it is a sales CRM, not a travel one.

What it does well

  • Free for up to 3 users. Paid editions in India are ₹800, ₹1,400, ₹2,400 and ₹2,600 per user per month billed annually, plus GST.
  • A huge ecosystem: accounting, helpdesk, campaigns, analytics.
  • Highly customisable workflows.

Where it falls short

  • Itineraries, vouchers and travel invoices need extensions, custom modules or Zoho Books.
  • Many Indian SMBs pay a partner to implement it. Budget time and money for setup, not just the licence.

6. HubSpot

Best for: travel companies whose growth comes from content, SEO and email marketing, often with a global audience.

HubSpot's free CRM is genuinely generous and its interface is the easiest on this list to learn. For an Indian agency selling holiday packages, though, it solves the wrong half of the problem.

What it does well

  • Free CRM with contacts, deals and pipelines.
  • Best-in-class email marketing and landing pages on paid tiers.

Where it falls short

  • No itinerary builder, vouchers or GST invoices.
  • Paid seats are priced in US dollars, and Professional tiers add onboarding fees.
  • WhatsApp inbox and automation sit on higher tiers.

7. LeadSquared

Best for: large travel or hospitality businesses with high-volume B2C sales teams, field sales and complex lead-routing rules.

LeadSquared is an enterprise sales and marketing automation platform with a travel and hospitality vertical. It is strong on lead distribution, scoring and process automation across big teams.

What it does well

  • Advanced lead distribution and scoring for large sales floors.
  • Data centres in India, the US and Singapore.

Where it falls short

  • Sales CRM pricing is quote-based and aimed at larger teams.
  • Travel operations (itineraries, vouchers, suppliers) are not its core.

See our TripClap vs LeadSquared comparison.

8. Travefy

Best for: solo travel advisors and host agencies selling cruises and packages to US or European travellers.

Travefy's itinerary and proposal builder is one of the most polished I have used, and it says more than 30,000 agents use it. It is built for the North American advisor model, not for Indian package selling.

What it does well

  • Beautiful itineraries and proposals, a traveller mobile app and a website builder.
  • Clear pricing: Core US$39/month and Premium US$59/month billed annually; extra agency seats US$20/month. 10-day free trial.

Where it falls short

  • USD billing and US-style invoicing; no GST invoices.
  • WhatsApp is not listed, and most Indian enquiries start on WhatsApp.

Five questions to ask in every demo

  1. "Show me a Facebook lead arriving and getting assigned, live." If they need to "set it up later", expect copy-paste for weeks.
  2. "Build a 5-day Kerala itinerary with pricing, now, and send it to my WhatsApp." Time it. Your salespeople will do this 20 times a day.
  3. "What will a 7-person team pay in year one, including setup, WhatsApp and payment gateway fees?" Get the number in writing.
  4. "How do I export all my data if I leave?" A good vendor answers this without hesitating.
  5. "Who do I call when something breaks on a Saturday in peak season?" Travel does not stop on weekends.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best travel CRM software in India?

For most Indian travel agencies, tour operators and DMCs, a travel-specific CRM such as TripClap CRM, Sembark or CRMtravel is the better starting point, because itineraries, vouchers, GST invoices and WhatsApp follow-ups work without customisation. Calling-heavy teams should also look at telecrm, and companies already on Zoho can extend Zoho CRM.

How much does a travel CRM cost in India?

Published prices in September 2026 range from free (Zoho CRM for up to 3 users, HubSpot's free CRM) to ₹800–₹2,600 per user per month for Zoho's paid editions and ₹799 per user per month for telecrm. TripClap CRM charges a flat ₹14,999–₹24,999 per year by plan rather than per user. Sembark, CRMtravel and LeadSquared share pricing on request.

Is Zoho CRM good for travel agencies?

Zoho CRM is a strong general CRM and affordable in India, but it is not travel-ready out of the box. Itineraries, vouchers and travel invoicing need a marketplace extension, custom modules or Zoho Books, and many agencies use a partner to set it up.

Do I need a travel-specific CRM, or will a generic CRM work?

A generic CRM tracks leads and deals. A travel CRM also builds the itinerary and quotation, issues vouchers and GST invoices, and tracks instalments and departures. If your team spends more time on quotes and operations than on calling, a travel-specific CRM usually saves more time.

Which travel CRM has WhatsApp integration?

TripClap CRM (official Meta Cloud API on the Enterprise Elite plan), telecrm (₹1,999 one-time setup), Sembark (via its Notify add-on) and CRMtravel (lead capture) all list WhatsApp. HubSpot offers it on higher tiers. Meta's own conversation charges apply on top in every case.

Can I try a travel CRM for free?

Yes. TripClap CRM has a 7-day free trial with no credit card, Travefy has a 10-day trial, and Zoho CRM and HubSpot have free plans. Sembark, CRMtravel and LeadSquared offer demos.

My honest take

The best travel CRM is the one your team still opens every morning three months from now. Shortlist two, run the five demo questions on both, and put your two busiest salespeople on a trial for a week with real leads. The winner is usually obvious by Thursday.

If TripClap CRM is on your shortlist, start the 7-day free trial. No credit card, and your relationship manager will help you import your Excel leads on day one.

Prices and features were checked on each vendor's website in September 2026 and can change. If you spot something out of date, email help@tripclap.com and we will correct it.
